Hey Ren, okay - short version is 'yes' - in principle this is going to produce an appealing digital set - and sensitive texturing and lighting is going to be key to its success. There are still issues of scale (you've created a series of 'house-sized dwellings' as opposed to the more statement-sized architecture implied by your 'studio' (it's as simple as reducing the size of your doors and windows for example), but I also think you need to lower your camera view more, so we're looking up - this will again help your buildings 'grow' in stature and significance. I think perhaps your matte painting could be a bit more ambitious in terms of extending the sense of the city-scape? I like very much your lose asset-design panels in your OGR - but I do want too see a more professionalised set of orthographs and production art pages (where you 'really' deal with the architectural detailing). Take a look at these examples of final year orthographs for a sense of why I'm pushing you to refine your design work in this way:
So - yes, I can see how these assets are going to cohere into a digital set that is as soothing and appealing as the work of the artist that inspired it, but right now the way you're painting them (soft, soft, soft) and the naivety of some of the additional elements (doors/windows) is going to make your next job as 3D modeller a bit more difficult. Crisp up the details (the fixtures and fittings) and look again at the camera view for something a bit less flat and a bit more impactful.
